  • 1. What is CashOnMobile?

  • 2. How can I use CashOnMobile?

    Using CashOnMobile is very easy to use. For devices enabled with GPRS, 3G, 4G & Wifi, all you have to do is download the application to your mobile phone, register for a an account and start selling Top-Ups.

  • 3. What benefits do I get from using this service?

    Security and Convenience: you would no longer have to carry around cash, credit or debit cards and you can buy the services you or a friend may need from anywhere at anytime. You can use CashOnMobile for any and all goods and services as long as the merchant or service provider is also a CashOnMobile registered client. An additional benefit is that you no longer need to queue up to make payments. With this service, you can make your payments at any time and from anywhere.

  • 4. What about security of my transactions and financial details?

    The CashOnMobile payment platform and all transactions through this service are PCI-DSS compliant in terms of security. This means the highest possible level of encryption of your personal details as well as of all transactions carried out through the application. Additionally you have to enter your personally assigned m-Pin twice - each time you login and again for approving transactions.

    The m-Pin is NOT stored on your mobile phone, just like your personal and financial information. This ensures that even if you lose your mobile phone, no one else can transact through your CashOnMobile account.

    This is the best part about CashOnMobile it is totally free to use for end customers. You can download and install the application on your mobile phone for free. You may incur charges as applied by your mobile service provider for SMS or GPRS data usage, but other than these, you have to pay nothing extra to use this service.

  • 6. Which are the services I can use with CashOnMobile?

    New services, service providers and merchant outlets are being added to the CashOnMobile network on a daily basis. At the moment though, you can use the following services with ease:

  • 7. Will my phone support CashOnMobile?

    As long as your mobile phone has either SMS or GPRS services, your phone will support CashOnMobile. We have designed Cash On Mobile to work across all mobile phone handsets, from the most basic to the most advanced. If you mobile phone supports Java, you can use CashOnMobile through the GPRS service of your mobile service provider. If it does not, you can use this service via SMS. Both channels are equally easy to use.

  • 8. Can I use CashOnMobile with my mobile service provider?

    CashOnMobile has no restrictions in terms of geography or mobile service provider in the UK. You just need to register once with CashOnMobile. You can then continue to use the same account even if you change cities or mobile service providers.

  • 11. Mobile Top Up not received!

    Here are some possible reasons:
    1. There was a delay from the operator's end
    2. Probably, it could be a denomination issue
    3. Connectivity issue due to which the recharge was delayed

    No problem! We are here for you. Please call us at 0800 612 6759, mention your RMN and Transaction ID, our team will investigate this and will get back to you in next 24 hours.

    The transaction will be refunded if the recharge is unsuccessful.

  • 12. While doing a recharge, I got an error. Why?

    You can face errors if:
    1. Entered a wrong mobile connection type or entered wrong operator/circle
    2. Trying to recharge with an invalid denomination.
    3. The service is not available on CashOnMObile

    In such a scenario, we suggest you to double check the details you have entered.

  • 13. I mistakenly recharged on wrong number! Can I get my money back?

    That's sad! Recharge once succesful can not be reversed. We request you to get in touch with your mobile operator for help.

  • 14. I got a successful message from you. But I still have not received the recharge!

    Just wait for couple of hours and call the operator if issue is not resolved. Please provide the Operator ID provided to you via SMS/Email.
